Webinar: Aerojet Rocketdyne’s In2:In Thinking Series “Thinking Together About”
I will be speaking at“Thinking Together About”.
My presentation is on Thursday, July 14th, from 11:30am-1:00pm PST, on the topic of.
The webinar is being held at the Los Angeles campus of Aerojet Rocketdyne, in Canoga Park, CA.
Here’s a brief overview of what I’ll be talking about.
To paraphrase Peter Senge, today’s problems are the consequences of yesterday’s solutions.
In our discussion I’m going to take the principles of non-positional thinking and apply them to problem solving.
Unlike traditional problem solving models which assume a clear cut issue about which all the facts are known, non-positional problem solving focuses on understanding the thinking behind it, the culture within it, and the system around it, in order to first understand what the underlying issue and condition are before attempting to come up with a plan for solving it.
